From what I have learned from reading about Ivermectin, it is sort of like a wonder drug, just like aspirine. It has all kinds of uses outside of its originally intended use.
I think since both humans and horses are mammals, you would be fine consuming it, however, and I can not stress this enough:
Make sure you find the right dosage. Is it specified per kg (for horses)? Could one just take your own weight and get your dose that way? Look up the toxicity of Ivermectin. Make sure you do not overdose on it.
Please, make sure you inform yourself of the correct dosage.

I compared the standard dose and yes the amount per weight is the same whether it is human or horse.
