I've been voting by mail in CA for over 10 years and have never seen a privacy sleeve.

Again, it doesn't matter against all their flagrant electoral fraud schemes, but still, it's amazing that CA doesn't have these.

Of course, Washington DC and Fulton County, GA apparently use them, also, so I guess, really, what's even the point of pretending that these elections aren't totally rigged? So props, I guess, to CA, for not even feigning a fck about ballot integrity.

So what's next? "You need to let state workers in Sacramento fill out your ballots and submit them for you, or you're racist!"
