Are there not paper sleeves you are supposed to slide your ballot into, before it goes in the envelope?
Even in all-cheat-by-mail Washington, we have those. Not that it makes a difference, of course, as King County simply just discovers as many votes as they need for any election, local or statewide.
But it'd be absolutely insane if California simply doesn't even bother with the kabuki pretense of having these "privacy" sleeves?
So, can anyone currently voting in CA confirm this for me, one way or the other? Are there "privacy sleeves" included with your ballot... or no? Thx.
Again, it doesn't matter against all their flagrant electoral fraud schemes, but still, it's amazing that CA doesn't have these.
Of course, Washington DC and Fulton County, GA apparently use them, also, so I guess, really, what's even the point of pretending that these elections aren't totally rigged? So props, I guess, to CA, for not even feigning a fck about ballot integrity.
I don't remember ever getting a privacy sleeve except with my local HOA votes.....I also just got my ballot and I can confirm it only has the mail in envelope, the info page on how to fill it out, a ballot drop locations page, and the ballot itself
There are no privacy sleeves, Also I have a different ballot than the one she showed. On my ballot, all the candidates are on the same side and my envelope only has one hole.
I didn't see this video until after I sealed mine, and I cannot see the Yes i filled out on the recall question thru the hole. However, i cant confirm that the recall question would not be visible if was able to slide my ballot in the opposite way either.

I've been voting by mail in CA for over 10 years and have never seen a privacy sleeve.

So what's next? "You need to let state workers in Sacramento fill out your ballots and submit them for you, or you're racist!"

Wow. Thanks!
Seems like counties are a bit different too, my ballot is all one page, not double sided like this lady’s ballot. Holes do not match up either.

Just opened my mail in ballot. No privacy sleeve. If I can vote in person I will, but not sure if that's possible.
