It reminds me of June 6th 1944. D-Day.

Hitler slept through the event, and hence, Von Rundstedt was incapable of getting the Panzer Reserves under command.

This way, the allies could establish a perfect beachhead to move in-land.

The Battle of Normandy followed which was a tight win.
