It's literally just an excuse to broadcast "Hail Satan" on air with the clear meaning being depicted through the ritual. It has enough plausible deniability just like the one eye and triangle symbolism but serves the same purpose of praising their god in public as they believe that doing so serves their god. Like a ritual that will cause their god, Satan, to bless them, by making their practices out in the open while at the same time keeping everyone blind to it.

It's a mockery to the sheep and a praise to Satan.
