Get ready for the gaslighting by MSM! "FDA-approved as safe and effective, etc."
But, I think that if it's off EUA status, employers can be sued for injury/death resulting from the vaxx. Thinking back to the OSHA rules, employer don't have to regularly document claims from death/injury until 5/22, but that doesn't mean they're not liable. Let the lawsuits commence!
I went back to do a little research. Companies who run onsite vaccine programs are immune from being sued for injuries/deaths, unless they were negligent in administering the vaxx. That's under the PREP law.
Employers who mandate, making the vaccine a condition of employment, are subject to OSHA regulation, which states that injuries/deaths from mandated vaxxs belong to Workman's Comp. OSHA recently back-tracked on part of the decision and said that employers don't have to record all injuries/deaths from the vaxxs. However, I think the employees who suffer injury can still sue to rightfully obtain Workman's Comp.

Nope, full immunity - if the manufacturers are immune and governments are immune, companies mandating it are as well

Who do you think ultimately makes the rules and laws for OSHA?
Um, the same bureaucratic political swamp that is pushing through FDA approval.
OSHA is not going to save us.
Trump is not going to save us.
“We The People” are the only ones that can save us.
And, in the bigger scheme of things...
GOD WINS!
