With so many doctors using Ivermectin for COVID prevention/treatment, WHY hasn't anyone at FDA reviewed any data?

It's already been discovered they knew. About 10 years back NIH said HCQ was effective on coronaviruses. The real question is, what happens when the lab rats start dying and THEN they themselves figure it out.
