According to Q canon, the Plan is something that is running. It's not something that will happen in the future at some time. It's running now. It began unfolding, at the latest, in 2017.
It appears we are in the latter stages - there is so much unfolding around the world.
Either way, it's not going to be painless. The Plan was designed to achieve the Goal with the least pain on the People, but least does not equal none or not.
The Plan is about removing and eliminating the historical evil that has dominated our world since the beginning, and has specifically wheedled itself into all the basic attributes of our civilizations.
We can track the Cabal back around 300 years, but this all goes way back further than that.
Like I said, it won't be painless - right now we are going through probably the most painful part. But as this unfolds, the pain THEY will experience will be magnitudes and magnitudes greater. More importantly, this is about securing God's freedom for humanity forever.
