Did you see the holes in the mail in envelopes that show if the vote is cast to recall Newsom? It shows if the person voted yes for recall. People need to know to turn the ballot around before putting it in the envelope. They will try anything in order to cheat.
Saw a video of somebody getting the word out. Her envelope had two holes on the reverse side. The one towards the center of the envelope seemed to be lined up with the yes answer for the recall. The marked portion of the ballot could be seen through the hole. A very quick way to identify ballots to be lost. If someone's envelope has those holes all they have to do is make sure they turn the folded ballot around when they put it in the envelope. I am sure they are using all kinds of tricks to pick up a few votes here and a few votes there.
I wrote to the California Secretary of State's Elections Division. I attached the video, tweeted by Ric Grenell to them and asked them for an explanation. They said the holes are there to assist the visually impaired with where to sign their name. SMH!

I don't think anyone should actually be mailing their ballot. Vote in person or hand it directly to the county clerk's office.
I checked my ballot. My envelope does not have a hole near the vote area. The hole is in the center of the envelope
Same here, but my MIL got 2 ballots, one from the county they lived in nearly 3 years ago. Same thing happened in November.
