I also think Trump needs rock solid plausible deniability about the jabs.

It has to look like every information he had during his 1st term indicated the jabs were great. But some new information needs to come out now that the jabs are deadly. Has to be by the books. Thats the only explanation for sleeping Trump supporters and soon to be wakers, as to why Trump pushed vaccines.
