Does he know what the Enemy would do if he didn’t?
If he denied vaccines to his crowds would the Establishment declare all-out war against Trump supporters (calling us murderers)? Is it so bad that Trump actually feels the need to promote the jab?

To keep pressure on the deep state. He knows that if he went away from bringing it up.
They will change the narrative to go back to lockdowns.
My background is Software Engineering and Marketing. Trump is an expert marketer and sales person.
When you market a message. You have to repeat it over and over again.
He is setting the narrative of
"Hey everyone... we don't have to lock down anymore... there is a solution".
This puts the deep state in a bind. Because he knows they really want to lock things down again.
