But I dont drink muncipal water. I have an RO filter. Ive had my iodine levels checked a long time ago but I didnt think there was a widespread deficiancy - like vitamin D and lithium, which I have been supplimenting with for nearly 20 years. Ill keep it in mind though now, thanks
