Do take Iodine, make sure it’s in a good form and you keep track of your thyroid levels. We are all deficient, and you can test for this via a 24 hour loading test.
Tumeric and Iodine are both known to decalcify the Pineal Gland after Fluoride has formed a hard shell of phosphate crystals around it, which lowers Melatonin production, disrupts regulation of the circadian rhythm, messes with reproductive function, and studies have shown cause many different diseases.
Why dont you just tell me whats in it that's poison? I dont care how they process it. I only care whats in it. Himilayan salt is handled by about 10,000 sweaty filthy pakistainis before it gets to you and contains uranium lol. I still use that too but only for certain things
No, the amount is far too small and the level of halide exposure is too highly (most likely), specifically Fluorine and Chlorine in municipal tap water, and maybe Bromide in some baked goods (just stay away from that).
No need to guess fren, get your iodine levels tested (24 hour loading test).
But I dont drink muncipal water. I have an RO filter. Ive had my iodine levels checked a long time ago but I didnt think there was a widespread deficiancy - like vitamin D and lithium, which I have been supplimenting with for nearly 20 years. Ill keep it in mind though now, thanks
Lots of research on the benefits of Iodine/Iodide and how important (and necessary) it is in a host of cell functions.
Check out Dr Brownsteins work, a good primer to look at.
The key with Iodine supplementation (or deficiency) in our modern age has to do with Halide toxicity (refer to the periodic table). For example, fluorine has no known benefit to the human body — it is in fact toxic (entire rabbit hole on this). Fluorine displaces Iodine and so does Chlorine. Bromine is another one.
Too tired to reply fully tonight, but want to drop this link for you and u/YELLOWZERO and thank you both for the info you provided. I’ll look into all of it tomorrow.
I had an iodine deficiency a while back and the iodine supplement I take cured it completely- like flipping a switch.
Taking "clean" supplemental iodine devasted my health. I am under the assumption that it has been turned into a fad in order to injure the population.

if you always make sure to use iodized salt, shouldnt that be enough?
That stuff is poison use Himalayan salt. Research how they process that crap and you’ll never buy it again

Kelp powder is a natural source of iodine
Just curious why you state this (emphatically). I agree with u/basilpesto here. Care to expound on your statement?
