Doesn't matter. If they're American, they don't deserve to be left behind.

Besides, I've worked with Clowns before. They almost always get their people out first. The ones that stay behind are usually clandestine services agents. Most C_A asshats are analysts who sit behind a computer all day and don't get the training Hollywood says all Clowns receive. Only about 10% actually go it The Farm for "tradecraft" classes.
