In some jobs (like pilot), a drug test could be considered a competency test. In other jobs (like flight reservationist), a drug test has no place. If the person can't speak properly on the phone because they are high, it won't harm anyone.

Vaxx tests are like the flight reservationist, not the pilot. Having the vaxx does not help anyone, but it can harm the person who is coerced into getting it.
