Half true. They also poll 'people who respond to online surveys for money.' But basically any survey can be weighted to say what you want, and mainstream pollers need to match election results if they want to be 'accurate.' And we know how accurate last years election results were.
And how reliable is Rasmussen though? If they're saying 52% are thinking clearly, then it's probably more like 75% IMO.
