I'm trying to put in my information for them to contact me and the SUBMIT button won't work. Currently using Firefox. It didn't work when i tried on my phone either.

Could be a site failure or somebody messing with their site. If there's a phone number, call. Otherwise just keep trying throughout the day. I know they are overwhelmed with requests but they promise to get to you (once you can get through.) Good luck.
