I have a pasture full of weeds.

I could try to kill all the weeds.

Or I can make conditions more favorable for the grasses I want.

Which practice will lead to a healthy pasture?

Eat your greens. Exercise. And pay attention to your health. Sickness is a sign your body is weak.
