I’ve already instructed my very young daughter that no one is allowed to give her medication or “shots” at school and if they try to, she kicks and screams and calls for help and demands to call her mom. It broke my heart to tell her this and scare her…. But the alternative is worse. We also plan to schedule a meeting with the principal to ensure they have no plans of doing any such thing. She is below the age cutoff and attends a sweet Christian private school, so I wouldn’t dream they would do anything like this, but still. We have to protect her.
I told my girls the same thing… they can refuse at first. If they start pressuring her, she is to call me and tell them to call me. If anyone does it by force, treat it like any other assault…. Fight for your life, kiddo. Get away and call me. I will deal with any consequences and I will raise holy Hell on their behalf. And then we’ll go for ice cream.
Same here. My dad always told me how to fight properly and, if my life was in danger, how to properly end the threat with my hands. Pushing someone's eyeballs into their skulls wouldn't be very fun, but in the moment, you have to do it.
We told our kids the same, for the most part. I reminded them that the only time they get a shot is with me present and with my consent. If it happens at school, kick, scream, whatever it takes and get TF off the campus and call me.

A statement like that by my Dad would have excited me as a kid. Too bad that advice is probably in the minority.
