Criminals gave up their rights by preying upon and denying victims of their crimes under Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.

Parolees should consider themselves lucky they live in this era: A hundred or more years ago, they'd have been hung, shot, or otherwise disposed of for being a blight on society.

No, I don't have sympathy. They made their bed, sleep in it.
