Ostensibly, those on parole are such because at one time, they interfered in the rights of another, have thus lost some of their rights as recompense, and are now earning them back. I know. Imperfect criminal justice system, but the above is why it is justified to limit rights of convicts.
While I agree in general, this doesn't apply to guys on parole.
Guys gotta be obedient to get their freedoms back.
