I've eaten roasted apricot seeds, 2-3 per day for a few months. No noticeable effects. I didn't and don't have cancer, did it for other reasons. They are typically sold at Persian/Mediterranean/Armenian grocery stores if you have any of those nearby.
I echo the sentiments on fasting from the other commenter. Haven't done it nearly as much, but have read a good deal.
Another thing to be mindful of is that prostate cancer is statistically one of the least dangerous of the cancers. Many doctors recommend not treating it at all. Obviously a personal choice on that.

Apricot seeds ?
Apricots have big stones (kernels) not roastable seeds.
