Many times even pro gun folks only quote the 2nd half of the amendment. The first part is equally important. It is specifically addressing the need for a Militia capable of securing a free state. There’s no question as why we need “military style” rifles. There’s no question that we should actually have access to full auto and no limitations on ammunition
