Yeah, I don’t think so.

Now, I will freely admit, there would have to be some big changes to our government for my prediction to be right. But say, wouldn’t it sure be convenient if something unexpected like that just did happen to occur right as Durham’s charges are announced? 🤔 What a coincidence that would be! 🙂 Anything afoot? 🤨

Military tribunals aside, I remember reading that Durham can bring the charges in any district.
