What is the intend of bringing the storm. Is it to make sure that everyone who is guilty of undermining our constitution pay a price, or is it ensuring that our constitution, and the freedoms it protects are secured for today's and future generations.

When you cut a cancerous tumor out of a body, the best option is to remove the entire tumor, but sometimes part of the tumor cannot be removed if doing so would risk damaging a major organ, that ends the life of the patient. In this case , as much of the tumor is removed as possible, and the rest of the cancer is more amenable to treatment with chemotherapy. In other words, taking the bulk of the cancer, weakens what remains.

I think this is the condition that America has been in for a long time now, that our country risk dying if we insist on removing every last little bit of the tumor.

I think we should remove the part of the cancer that does not risk killing the patient (our country), and render the remainder harmless though some mean less risky to the whole.
