Soy....is the most phyto estrogenic food we can consume. We as humans cannot process this synthetic form of Estrogen. So our body stores it. In breast tissue, under our arms also, and inner thighs, and love handles. Also as these estrogens store, the natural estrogen men produce gets shut down, and as a result our natural Testosterone does too. Testosterone is our main hormone here boys. It's controls our mood, our drive and ambition, literally everything. And in females, over consumption of these estrogens can lead to Pcos, and issues with early onset Menopause.
Also it is not just soy, alot of dairy cattle....(major production) are fed soy, as I mention where does estrogen store?? Breast tissue and fats....what is milk? We are flooding our children with hormones, and to top it off they add additional hormones to the milk.
Soy is also the most used filler in most goods (processed) we and our children eat. Even in cereals. "They" have been Bio-Engineering us for quite some time at a hormonal level.
Natural ways to combat this fuckery?? A supplement called DIM, it is found naturally in broccoli and other cruciferous greens. Vitamin D, vitamin E also is important for hormone balancing. DIM is a natural hormone regulation, it helps bind up that synthetic estrogen. Also changing to a more whole food diet.
I am not just speaking out of my arse here. I was formerly 460 lbs...2 years ago almost to the day. I started my weight loss. I am now 200 lbs, and in decent shape. Retained much muscle.
Thank you for sharing this about the negative effects of soy. Because there are vocal vegans who try to push the health benefits of soy foods, all the time. Makes me skeptical of their motives.

yea the way they gauge nutrition is flawed you could take chicken cook it to a crisp and have raw chicken and they write the same nutrition on the label although one isnt bio available anymore thus cannot be absorbed nearly as easily because ur body has to like remake food in your body this is why most people are depressed their bodies are exhausted from adrenal exhaustion etc due to no nutrition giving them energy that sustains so they go to caffeine etc. Technically in a chicken stick there is protein but it has been totally destroyed its enzymes vitamins by heat minerals are destroyed the proteins become toxic and toxic byproducts of cooking are introduced (acrylamides etc) that then must be eventually detoxed. When you eat raw your body is cleaning itself out and reducing toxicity Aajonus Vonderplanitz says every two raw meals cancels out a previous cooked one so eventually you can eliminate all toxicity from a lifetime of vaccines, medicine, pesticides etc. This has always been the case throughout history but now the globalists have poisoned everything and we need raw food to heal our bodies just to be normal now.
Conclusion = duh.
Carbs in the fake shit don't match up? What am I missing?
I noticed like 5 times more sodium, probably because they pack the fake burger with salt to make it palatable.
But that shouldn't mess with the carb numbers correct?
Not to my limited knowledge. I misread your question regarding the carbs, I was just pointing out another difference.
Yuk - no way! I'll stick to tried and tested foods thanks.
