Pfizer donated to his inauguration fund since they never thought he would actually win and were trying to buy favor with him at the last moment.

According to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Pfizer gave $1 million to Trump's inaugural committee. RFK Jr. is the only source I've seen for this, but I've found him to be very credible in his public statements and he keeps close tabs on Big Pharma.
