But Dr. Frank’s idea that canvassing door to door would be enough does sound misguided. Might be misdirection or professional jealousy. Who knows?

Still think the AZ audit is the epicenter of the fraud operation and will unravel the whole scheme. Hope that’s not just wishful thinking.
