As mayor of SF and now gov.of CA he didn’t tackle the homeless problem, but now he’s going to do something?

I love these photo ops. They portray themselves as getting their hands dirty, doing some real work, but really they're just interrupting people doing ACTUAL work to set up cameras, ensure his safety, do multiple takes, then off they go back to their offices to shower up and get ready for an expensive meal at taxpayer expense.
