Biden is a pervert and thief, but I don't think even he would drop bombs on Americans. Also really doubt this is Biden and a white hat actor definitely wouldn't drop bombs on Americans or innocents. Those bombs are mostly likely cabal boys, and some of those cabal boys are our CIA.
