I bet the CIA is pissing fire. The two largest opium producers were Burma and Assghanistan. Both controlled by the Clowns. Burma had a coup and shut down poppy growing and now Assghanistan is losing their poppy. That Black Project money is getting harder and harder for the Clowns to obtain.
