This is technically quercetin, not HCQ, but it works exactly the same way as HCQ. I did this when I got covid earlier this year, put it in my morning coffee.
Take zinc along with quercetin and knock out corona like a champ!
i read that if you take large amounts of zinc,u need to take copper too or ur copper levels would drop, would u recommend getting a lower dose of zinc without copper or just take both zinc and copper?
I am not a doctor, so do your own research or consult a physician or nutritionist, but since you mentioned it I went ahead and looked into it a little bit. Here's an article I found.
Additional studies indicate copper supplementation along with zinc helps balance absorption of both nutrients. Many alternative and integrative practitioners recommend a ratio of 15 mg of zinc to 1 mg of copper – similar to the ratio achieved if you remain within RDA guidelines.
If you look at the FLCCC protocol I posted in this thread, it suggests taking 30-40mg of zinc per day for prophylaxis or 100 mg of zinc per day for early outpatient protocol, so you would want to take ~3mg of copper per day to balance out the zinc intake from prophylaxis or ~7mg/day over the course of early outpatient protocol.
I pour boiling water on a level teaspoon of cinchona bark flakes to draw out quinine. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Add honey if preferred. Drop in ice cubes to cool it and drink slowly.
Recipes I have seen call for the peel of 3 (organic) lemons and 3 (organic) grapefruits, simmered for three hours. That recipe also said take 2 TBSP, but I didn't see any indication of how much water to use, which would affect how concentrated it is.
I thought it made quinine that's what grandma always called it...but hydroxycloriquin is the synthetic version of quinine....it is an old fashion cure all just be careful to much will hurt the kidneys....bit if used properly..it's safe it's been used for a long time..bit alas I'm no doctor

thanks, that makes sense, im taking 50 mg zinc so i should just at 3-4 mg of copper to it so i wont deplete it
so, that's like swallowing a penny a week?
lol, I'm not sure. How much copper is in a penny?
You can still get 100 for a dollar,...so they are cheep!
A penny weighs 2.5g. A 1982 penny contains 52.7% copper mass and 47.3% zinc mass. Therefore, a penny from 1982 contains 1.318g of copper and 1.183g of zinc. Sorry I had to do the math, it was eating me up inside. :)
Pennies from 1983 onward are almost all zinc, almost no copper at all.
QUERCETIN AND ZINC - FLCCC PROTOCOL FOR COVID-19

Much easier than the fruit method.
Home made Quercetin
I just made some tonight. I added honey and stored them in the freezer, 6-8 oz containers. Then I will give them away to who ever needs it!
A colleague also told me to slice in a thumb sized piece of ginger root and turmeric root. I liked it.
I also worry about the chemicals sprayed on these fruits being deposited into the juice. Please only use organic fruits for this, if attempted.
Organic fruits contain significantly higher levels of quercetin.

2-3 lemons and 1 grapefruit. Looks like a large grapefruit

Bookmarked. Thanks!
It can be used as a prophylactic or as part of a treatment protocol.
why only 2 table spoons? that seems like so little
I made it. It's like vinegar. It's enough lol
did you try with honey or straight?...she doesn't mention honey...I was thinking that was part of the receipt
