Will the Clean Bloods be allowed to freely save the Contaminated Bloods?

What if all the vaxxed folks become sick and the only way to save them is antibodies or something from the Unvaccinated? If their immune systems are compromised and they suffer from ADE (antibody dependent enhancement),  then the Unvaccinated may be their life saver...

CLEAN BLOODS SHOULD BE FREE TO DONATE TO SAVE THEM...BUT, Is that why Australia and the USA are building green health centers? CONCENTRATION CAMPS? Do they need to harvest healthy blood?  Do they plan to harvest clean blood like China harvests organs? Are they so arrogant,  they'd forcefully take the blood instead of allowing us to unite by volunteering?
