Rule 39 from "The Naked Communist":

Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose communist goals.

Replace "communist goals" with "cabal agenda" and you'll see how the cabal used communism as a tool to their advantage.
