I have an interpretation. If it is a coded message, it might be saying, "This (the clocks, dates/times) is when stuff is going to go DOWN, (or there will be an info drop). Yeah I don't get it. I wouldn't think clock hands, although a good guess, but if so I'd expect them all to be uniform in length where that clearly isn't the case. Further, the only line with an arrow is down the middle of Gosar. Not sure if the arrow is of any significance, but would seem to be otherwise it's "pointless".
And also the lines in the Trump & Biden pics don't really seem to have anything common between them, angle, length, position in body etc.
