They are searching for this "great conservative army" that doesn't exist. They know that some conservatives are preppers and are trying to target preppers in hopes of finding this "big army of dissenents" they are utterly sure crushing will return the country to obedience.

What they fail to understand is they have COMPLETELY lost the loyalty of the American people. The reason they can't find the people who hate the Feds is because those people are everybody. Only delusional blue dogs and insane lefties have any support at all for the government.
