When the School Board takes DeSantis to Court...

Board: "He's being a mean racist!"

DeSantis: "They are endangering the kids, your honor."

DeSantis: "And here are the clinical studies that prove it."

Judge: <examines evidence, submits ruling>

Legal precedent set, usable by parents in other school districts.

Let's pray there's a good judge on the bench for this one.

That is the lowest level state court in Florida. It will be appealed, and that judge should be removed from the bench.
