• 2008 - Bill Gates "retires" from Microsoft and begins BioMedical Monopolistic Practices
• 2009 - the ACA is passed. The Bill is written by Medical Insurance Providers, directly, and heavily is based on principles of "BioEthics" which is just NewSpeak for Eugenics.
• 2010 - 2016 - Fort Detrich sees massive security lapses.

When you step back and look at the progression - there was a massive consolidation of medical capacity for the 10 years running up to the COVID scenario.
