The FDA approval letter says that the BioTech and Comirnaty are interchangble and lists the same ingrediants stating they are the same vaccine. So is it? Or is it not? Whats the counter argument to the document. Arguing with a docter at work.

Comirnaty is FDA approved. Pfizer does not have the liability shield so if you take this shot and are injured you can sue Pfizer. But none of the Comirnaty vaccine exists, and Pfizer won't say when they plan to start manufacturing it.
Pfizer BioNTech is the current vaccine. There is lots of it available. It is under EUA approval, which shields Pfizer from legal liability. If you get a Pfizer vaccine any time in the next year (or two)? it will be the BioNTech vax.
Pfizer claims the two vaccines are identical, but in the approval the FDA said they are "legally distinct", which means Pfizer bears liability for Comirnaty, but not for BioNTech.

The approved version must be properly labeled, and include the proper information insert. The current version in use has had it's EUA extended. This version has the liability immunity still in lace. There are 2 letters.
Comirnaty is FDA approved. Comirnaty will not be available in the marketplace until 2024 at the earliest from my reading. All current and future Pfizer BioNTech injections are under the EUA. It serves a couple of purposes. It tricks people into thinking they are getting an FDA approved vaccine and they are not legally.
If Pfizer and the FDA had approved the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine then Moderna and J&J would be out of luck and nobody would have been able to get their shots. Federal Law prevents EUA on any drug that there is another FDA approved drug in the marketplace that treats the same disease or in this case virus.
They think people are stupid and they are. NO ONE can get an FDA approved jab until the Comirnaty vaccine hits the market. Every jab will still be under the EUA.
There's a lot of wiggle room for formulation under an EUA, which we've suspected all along with the saline shots, possible variation in dosage strength and "hot lots." Once a drug is FDA-approved, it needs to conform to the stated ingredients, strength and purity. What's going into people's arms right now is still anyone's guess.

No they are similar but not the same.
They have 2 weeks to give the actual ingredients to the vaccine. It also makes them 100% reliable for any damage or death.
