Some of the parents at that meeting brought that up. They said there were more of these creeps right there in their own school district, and that they have been complaining for a long time, asking them to do something about it, but nothing was ever done to remove them for change what was happening.

Something will be done if every school board meeting goes like this, even more so if it increases. Those people won't be able to weather it.
