OF COURSE IT'S APPROVED FOR HUMANS DAMMIT: ITS CREATORS WON THE NOBEL PRIZE FOR THE DRUG'S ABILITY TO WIPE OUT DISEASES IN HUMANS.

M.D.s HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ALLOWED TO PRESCRIBE ANY DRUG FOR ANY PURPOSE IF THEY DEEM IT WOULD HELP A PATIENT, WITHOUT ANY LIMITATIONS, PERIOD.

ONLY IN THE 21ST CENTURY HAS IT EVER BEEN THAT AN OVERARCHING BODY COULD TELL DOCTORS THEY ARE FORBIDDEN FROM PRESICRIBING A DRUG TO A PATIENT TO SAVE THEIR LIFE....AND THEN TAKE AWAY THEIR LICENSE IF THEY HELPED THE PATIENT ANYWAY.
