I went to the Doctors office to renew a prescription. You know the kind…where you have to pay the copay and can’t talk about anything other then the script (so they can bill separately and make me come back). So there was a new form- you guessed it … have you had the vaccine and if yes please list the dates. Pedes they are tracking us at every turn. I was gonna lie and then said fuck it! NO, NOT TODAY, NOT TOMORROW, NOT 5 MONTHS FROM NOW! Doc read it and didn’t say a Fuckin word.

My doctor has a form to give your consent to be vax status registered in NYS. I skipped it on the electronic form. When I got there the office manager trotted out with the paper form and said, you forgot this! I thanked her, took the form and scribbled it out. Stuff your stinkin' form
