Its much worse than you think. You assume its mere incompetence, but its not. These “vaccines” are designed to harm people. Thats why they dont have any interest in following up on “adverse reactions”... adverse reactions are how the cabal knows their biological weapons are effective
The UK has laws against releasing the names of minors if doing so would cause unnecessary intrusion into their lives. Usually this is used when they’re accused of crimes/arrested but probably covers their medical histories as well.
Journalists based outside the UK are free to report on this story, though. If often happens that stories which are censored in the UK can be found on news websites from other nations.

I think their name is being hidden because they are a minor.
