You underestimate the enemy. They're not that stupid.

The have fake passports or so. I don't think they get real jabs if the know that "they're the virus".

I would rather assume that it's something else. Arrests?

A special language they use in announcements can be to signal: "him too", "her too" (meaning: arrested).
