I would not put it past them. The links to the studies at the bottom of the pages show many are in peer reviewed journals, so that would mean they are compromised, also. The page that I linked gives links to studies for other substances that have also been researched, so the site is not "just" ivermectin. Since big pharma wants there to be NO cures, it would be unsurprising that all of the substances are dismissed as nothing by the news actors and paid-off (or ignorant) doctors.
