They’ve been waiting.

They are already preparing the narrative that Domestic Terrorists will strike vaccine logistical lines in multiple countries. Swiss Intel rolled out prep stores and said “We have no evidence! It sure is coming and it will be bad!”

W the 20 year on 9/11 I can’t imagine they don’t have something brewing
