Like all his videos, while I don't understand most of the words I fully understand all the spirit behind it, and I guess that is the nature of the quantum-syntax and quantum-banking-system. I sincerely feel it inside my soul that the time is very near.
I just discovered him yesterday. I may have heard of his name a time or two before but it's all blowing my mind now.

I watched the original War Castles move, and thats when I got into Quantum syntax. I even learnt a bit of the quantum syntax and I used to follow the videos of his partner (he mentioned in the video) who died in 2019. Very interesting stuff.

In short, he claims that he owns the banking system and as set legal barriers to force the governments to follow his directives. Claims to be setting up a bounty hunter system through an Org called "Seekers" and that people can sign up to be part of.
Maybe this is why they wont be able to walk down the street.
