Add 50 mg of Zinc when you take it. As Dr. Zelenko says, the Ivermectin/HCQ is the gun and the Zinc is the bullet.

Do you need the quecertin if you take the ivermectin...they do the same thing ...increase the cell zinc uptake don’t they?

Dirt is cheap too... ...the question was if both are needed....fwiw I’ve got two bottles of quercetin right now...might save the ivermectin and use the otc stuff for prophylaxis...that’s why I asked.
