It is their "Great Reset"..In there Sick Eyes..we have over populated the Earth. This is how they are "Culling" the Heard-> Us, the little people. Everything they are doing is to KILL us...and the Faster People wake up to that fact, the faster this will End. WE kep complying, and THEY keep moving the Goal Posts. IT WILL NEVER STOP, UNTIL WE MAKE IT STOP!
So, they want to get down to 500 million. That requires 13 of 14 killed off. Cities waste lands. Farming gone. Manufacturing gone. Customers to sell things to gone. Masses to rule over,...all gone. Why? What could be the motivation?
the motivation i believe from my research is that these families have been around for centuries and think very long term. all of us useless eaters are just using up precious resources including gas and oil and potable water supply. i think if you asked a reasonable person if they think we use too many resources and if the planet is over populated you'd get near 50/50. what if you felt this question was the most important philosophical question of our time and you believed genuinely that population needs to be reduced. how do you do it? voluntary methods have been tried and being honest isn't going to go over well. so you start poisoning water supplies, vaccines, the air we breathe and promote planned parenthood, homosexuality/transgenders, anti religion, anti family, etc. everything you can think of to reduce population.

Yes 2 decades. That's all the time they have to get it done. By then, they'll be going under ground. Facilities are built to accommodate 500 million world wide. Anyone's guess how many will make it even in dumbs. Their belief is from this will be the survivors who will one day go forth and re-populate the earth. They have figured it will take 2 to 3 years to get everyone (who's going) and final supplies under ground and it just could never happen with 7 billion scared and pissed off people attacking them and facilities. Their plan is to be the survivors. Go figure.

It's not a party they have planned. They are deadly serious and believe this is what they were chosen for. This is the actual impetus behind the Ga. Guide stones. They also have few illusions about their own survival. Likely a couple generations minimum under ground. They expect/hope/plan for the ultimate survival of 1% of the 500 m that go to ground. If they are successful, as many as 5 million could survive to become the new first generation. There will be much to do, like replant the earth. This is why we have built and maintain hardened underground seed vaults. They will be needed. The elite see themselves as the new Noah and the bunkers are their new arc's. They have no intention of letting a mass of low IQ rabble spoil their plans as they load the arc.

I'd say "It's all about depop and the police state" except that among the loose collection of groups pushing the vax and gaslighting us about the "dangers" and supposed uselessness of Ivermectin and HCQ (and everything else that helps prevent or cure COVID etc), there are those who profit hugely (Big Pharma, the medical industry, etc), those who are just leftist useful idiots, those whose political careers are (they think) at stake, those who are being blackmailed, and those with probably fifty other motives.
But at the top, it's depopulation and the police state.
