Why would they kill off their on people? Makes no sense! This is what my wife and oldest daughter say! Both RNs ! Cannot reason with them!!! Just got into a argument with wife about masks! I said the blue paper masks says will not protect from virus. I need a picture of that box! But everything I get off the internet is bullshit so I’ll have to go get a box and hold it up to her face and she would still deny it! Not winning here!!!
You can’t reason with them because the Left doesn’t use reason (although they feel they do). Even the highly educated are extremely susceptible to peer pressure and absolutely will NOT go against the MSM narrative. That is why you can show them scientific facts, but they have been so brainwashed, they will not ever believe you. It must only come from their “trusted” source. It reminds me of the old cartoons where someone would get hypnotized and their eyes were all google-swirly and they would blindly obey. The old video of Yuri Bezmenov from the 80’s (find the interview on u-toob) explains what we are seeing.

Ask her why humans have to wear space suits to handle abstestos or anthrax or chemical weapons, but all of a sudden a cloth mask will protect against a virus which is very very much smaller.

As a nurse she really should know better. When we had to mask up, pre-covid, we'd chuckle because we knew most times it was just for show. For instance, masked up when there was a Scabies outbreak. You don't inhale Scabies. BTW if you're unfortunate enough to get Scabies now, they no longer prescribe ivermectin for it, even though it is very effective.
